Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

• Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist with a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition, and you may be required to cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
